Many of the inspirational female rangers Holly works with through her NGO 'How Many Elephants' and 'World Female Ranger Week', have overcome adversity, poverty and marginalisation. Becoming rangers has empowered them, creating opportunities and hope. Holly's talk covers many relevant themes, including gender equity in conservation, female empowerment, sustainable tourism and climate change.
