Impassioned fans of super meaty pizzas will be in their element this summer with the foodservice launch of a ‘limited time only’ variety from Chicago Town Pizza.  The limited edition Meat Feast will be available to caterers from May including the brand’s sauce-stuffed crust.

 

Generously covered with meatballs, pepperoni and white onion with a BBQ sauce stuffed crust, and ready in as little as six to 12 minutes, depending on oven type.

 

Other styles from this supplier include four-Cheese, Pepperoni, Chicken Supreme and Inferno and generate increased sales for caterers, according to Cheryll Snowdon, foodservice controller for Dr. Oetker, the company behind Chicago Town.

 

“Pizza was eaten by 68% of British adults in 20101, and with Euro 2012 and the Olympics, there are many events coming up which lend themselves to offering pizza as a quick and easy option” she said.

 

“Our Limited Edition Meat Feast pizza adds breadth to the main range and can be sold by the slice as a hand-held snack or as a whole pizza to share, with a profit opportunity of 50-60%2.”

 

No special ovens are necessary for consistent results every time and no chef skills are required, helping everyone from pub to university caterers extend food serving hours.

 

Chicago Town Limited Edition Meat Feast is available in cases of eight pizzas from major wholesalers and distributors.  A range of POS material is available, from table talkers to posters and bespoke solutions for visual cues upon request.
