London’s finest chefs, bars and chocolatiers will prepare and serve brilliant food and drink to diners at a table suspended 100ft in the sky at Rootstein Hopkins Parade Ground, Chelsea College of Arts, London.
Diners will enjoy a charming, dramatic backdrop and be able to take in never before seen views of London’s most iconic buildings such as Tate Britain, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey, while appreciating beautifully presented dishes served by some of London’s top gastronomes.
Chefs taking part include Pascal Aussignac from Michelin-starred Club Gascon who will ship up his signature dish the Marmite Royal, while Robert Ortiz from Michelin-starred Lima will offer Peruvian favourites like Beef Pachamanca and his famous Pineapple Carpaccio. Calum Franklin will serve one of his renowned pies to guests at The Holborn Dining Room sitting, as well as refreshing dishes such as the beetroot & gin-cured salmon with pickled Beets.
London in the Sky is a single table which seats 22 guest around the chef and mixology team. Diners are securely fastened in at ground level before their elevated gourmet experience begins and the table is lifted 100ft into the air.
Chefs will be serving breakfast (£50 pp), lunch (£125 pp), champagne high tea (£75 pp), dinner (£150 – £200 pp) and cocktails (£75 pp) with flights running from 8.30am to 10.15pm each day.
