Jean-Francois Rouquette

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill and Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme have come together to host an exclusive one-off dinner with Michelin-starred chef Jean-Francois Rouquette on 15 June at the Montagu.

Jean-Francois Rouquette is executive chef of Restaurant Pur’ at Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme.

Guests will be offered champagne upon entry before sitting down for a four-course menu crafted by Rouquette and cooked in front of guests in the Montagu’s open kitchen.

Dishes include langoustine and petrossian caviar and choux pastry stuffed with madam bourgeot wild strawberries.

Each course will be paired with Baron Philippe de Rothschild’s Limited Edition Mouton Cadet America’s Cup wines, which the Montagu exclusively stocks.

Tickets cost £95 per person which includes the champagne, four course meal, wines, coffee and truffles).

The 440-room Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill has three food and beverage outlets including seasonal British dishes, afternoon teas and a cheese and wine corner with La Fromagerie at the Montagu; craft cocktails at the Churchill Bar with private terrace; or Italian cuisine at Michelin-starred Locanda Locatelli.
