Lee-Skeet-e1475074331525Lee Skeet has announced a collaboration with Brewdog to launch a series of supper clubs starting 12 March.

The events will be held on Sundays for lunch and dinner, and will reoccur once a month for five months.

Skeet, former head chef of Michelin starred Hedone, will serve a tasting menu featuring dishes such as: oysters baked with bone marrow and parsley butter; barbecued lamb belly, clams and seaweed; slow cooked turbot, mussels and nori sauce; and roast Cornish duck, carrots cooked in duck fat and lobster sauce.

In October, Skeet held two events at Brewdog’s Cardiff venue which sold over three times the original ticket quota.

The events will be on 12 March, 2 April, 7 May, 4 June and 2 July. Tickets cost £40 a head and are available online through www.leeskeet.com/shop
