AAH Chef Montage 2016 JPGWill Beckett and Huw Gott, co-owners of Hawksmoor, have announced the line-up of the sixth charity dinner hosted at Hawksmoor Guildhall on 29 October, which aims to raise money for Action Against Hunger.

For one night only, group executive chef Richard H Turner will be joined by: Skye Gyngell, head chef of Spring at Somerset House; Merlin Labron-Johnson, head chef of Michelin-starred Portland in London’s Fitzrovia; Robin Gill, chef proprietor of The Dairy in Clapham, London; and Tomer Amedi the head chef of The Palomar in Soho, London, who will cook a course each.

Each course will be paired with wines from Sommeliers Choice – a bespoke wine merchant based in Orpington, Bromley.

The Hawksmoor charity dinner has raised over £350,000 for Action Against Hunger in the last five years.

Beckett said: “We take fundraising and charitable donations really seriously, but we also take our responsibility to put on a cracking evening very seriously as well. This year’s restaurants are so incredibly ‘hot right now’ that we feel like an Icarus as he headed towards the sun.”

Tickets are now on sale, priced at £150 per person with all proceeds going to Action Against Hunger. Visit: https://endhunger.actionagainsthunger.org.uk/hawksmoordinner2016
