Bubbledogs Meets Typing Room

There’s a London restaurant mash-up on the cards.

Typing Room and Bubbledogs are teaming up for a one-night-only Champagne dinner at the Town Hall hotel.

Lee Westcott, executive chef at the Jason Atherton restaurant Typing Room, has devised a five-course menu for the event on 27 May. The dinner is expected to feature local, seasonal produce on dishes such as pigeon, fermeted turnip and lovage.

Meanwhile Sandia Chang, Bubbledogs co-founder, has worked with restaurant manager James Snowdon to come up with a selection of lesser known grower Champagnes to partner the food, including Olivier Horiot and Francoise Bedel.
