Wenlock Spring is the exclusive water supplier for both Skills for Chefs and Skills for Service 2013. The conference is one of the most anticipated events in the hospitality sector calendar, with guests including celebrity TV personalities, such as Great British Menu judge, Matthew Fort. The event is taking place over two days on the 10th and 11th July 2013 at Sheffield City College – a venue which provides some of the most high-tech and modern culinary facilities. The conferences offer master-classes and demonstrations from Michelin star chefs and some of the most revered names in the foodservice sector. During the conference guests will also be able to enjoy Wenlock Spring at the evening events, alongside the food created by Andy Gabbitas,  Master Chef of Great Britain.

 

Young Restaurant Team of the Year 2013

Wenlock Spring will be sponsoring the 2013 Young Restaurant Team of the Year competition. Quality service is the foundation of an excellent dining experience and Wenlock Spring is recognising this by supporting the development of talented, young chefs and front of house staff. The five finalists will compete in service-based tasks, including the preparation of food for a table of four guests and the demonstration of service skills.
