Think you’ve got what it takes to be the next Mövenpick Gourmet Dessert Chef of the Year? Put your creative skills to the test and develop a culinary masterpiece using Mövenpick Ice Cream’s gourmet flavours.

Register by 17 June, submit your recipe by 1 July and you could be one of six finalists joining an exhilarating cook-off on 12 September 2013 at Westminster Kingsway College.

Not only could you be judged the Mövenpick Gourmet Dessert Chef of the Year for 2013, you could be going on a luxury weekend for two to Switzerland. In addition, two runners-up will receive a voucher for £200 for a restaurant of their choice.

Judges will be looking for recipes that incorporate well-matched flavours, contemporary presentation and classical methods of cookery, as well as creative and innovative use of Mövenpick Ice Cream as a complement to the dessert.

First Prize: A luxury weekend for two to Lausanne
Runners-Up: £200 voucher for restaurant of choice.
