Philip Howard, 2012 chairman of the Craft Guild of Chefs National Chef of the Year competition and chef proprietor at Michelin-starred The Square in Mayfair Philip Howard, National Chef of the Year judge Angela Hartnett and chef Mark Kempson are to join forces to cook a Christmas feast to raise funds for Hospitality Action.


The chefs will be combining their expertise on Tuesday 27 November at Brasserie Joël, Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London. The dinner is designed to appeal to Christmas parties and those looking to celebrate the festive season, while raising vital funds for those less fortunate in the hospitality industry.

Howard said: “At this time of year, it’s easy to forget about the problems faced by those who work in hospitality. By attending this event, Hospitality Action can continue to make a vital difference and provide a crucial lifeline to those who need it most, whether they’re suffering from illness, addiction, poverty, bereavement or domestic violence.”
