The summer season always provides big moves in sports and it’s proving to be the case in the culinary world too. Lee Bennett, executive chef at Le Pont de la Tour, is swapping London life for Singapore, with a move to the Swissôtel The Stamford imminent.

The 2007 winner of the Craft Guild of Chefs’ ‘Restaurant Chef’ award has worked under some top talent, including three-Michelin-starred chefs Gordon Ramsay, Pierre Gagnaire and Alain Ducasse.

The Singapore hotel houses five restaurants and bars, four private dining rooms with a capacity for 900 covers. Lee will join the company as executive chef for its Equinox Complex
