The date for the next cooking as a family day is in! Families in Hertford, and especially those who have children that go to the Simon Balle school, make sure you keep July 12th free!!

The concept developed by Matt Owens from dessert creators Zuidam and Mark Rigby from Premier Foods offers a back to basics approach to cooking. Not only that it also gets kids and parents all cooking together as one. Knowledge on ingredients, cooking equipment, nutrition and cost savings are at the forefront of the classes.
